About the project (2020-PResent)
Rosebud Colony had purchased land for starting a new Colony (Skywest) but needed someone to manage the whole process from permits, and planning to construction management. ESC Project Management was contracted and the process began by selecting a site that would be suitable. Once complete this project will be a community within a community.

Ribstone Colony Dairy Barn
About The Project (2020-2021)
ESC Project Management was contracted to manage the design, planning, and construction of a 77,835 square foot dairy barn and lagoon for Ribstone Colony, near Wainwright, AB. This project has been complete and it has been an exciting opportunity to be part of a project that will offer purpose and revenue for generations.
Services Provided by ESC Project Management
Developed an initial site plan.
Obtained NRCB permit (acted as the owner's agent)
Created budget, schedule, and execution plans which included Ribstone’s manpower and materials in the planning and execution of the project.
Managed the design and construction of the project.
Worked with the clients' banking manager to compile the required documentation for the interim draws.
Project Features
25 cow Boumatic Rotary milker capable of milking 250 cows/hour
The barn is designed to utilize sand bedding which provides the ultimate in cow comfort and health.
A sand lane is used for the settling and separation of sand, solids, and water. The water is then reused for flushing the barn.
The barn was built using tilt-up concrete walls. This means the concrete wall panels were poured on-site.
Sunridge Colony

Stahlville Colony has purchased land for the new Daughter Colony Sunridge. They identified that they required our services to manage the whole process, from permits and planning to construction management. ESC Project Management was contracted, and the process began by selecting a site that would be suitable. Once completed, this project will be a community within a community.
